let me introduce myself , 

my name is Marlena , I live in UK but come from Poland ;) I'm 29 years old .

I have beautiful son Tomasz  , he's 4 years old now . 

I work in warehouse as a clerk .

Next year I'm planning start childminder course , I hope then that I will change my job very quickly ;) 

Roslinka, it's really nice to see you here... How do you feel when writing in English to Polsih-speaking people?

What is a "childminder" course?

 And one more  thing - I'm not ging to correct you ( even if I'd llike to do it ) so relax... and just chat with me/ us...

Do you think it would be possible to get a job as a childminder without the course if you are an English  teacher with a Polish diploma?

childminder - similar to "baby sitter "

No :/ you have to be registerd childminder with all courses .

Baby sitters are young persons without any certifications , good if you are teenager and stay with someones kids from time to time ;)

Roslinka, I see. I know childminders  are professionals while baby sitters aren't. This is why I've written "similar to".
